How to Register

Payment by Bank

For a group invoice paid for by your organisation or institution, please email your request to atrf2026@uts.edu.au.

Schedule of Refunds for Bank Transactions:

• Cancellation on or before 18 October 2026 (AEDT): 100% refund.
• Cancellation less than 31 days, no refund.
• Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

Payment by Card

Complete your registration online and pay the required conference fees straight away by Visa, Mastercard & Amex to secure your booking.

You can purchase up to 10 tickets, but must have each delegate’s information ready at time of payment.

Schedule of Refunds for Credit Card Transactions:

  • Cancellation on or before 18 October 2026 (AEDT): 100% refund.
  • Cancellation on or before 1 November 2025 (AEDT): 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before the conference (AEDT): NO refund.
  • Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel your registration. Alternatively, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by paid registrants made no later than the days prior to the conference, as indicated in the Schedule of Refunds, may be eligible for a partial refund. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to atrf2026@uts.edu.au.

Substitutions – Paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organisation. The request for this must be received no later than 72 hours before the conference starts.

Please advise of substitutions in writing so a correct name tag can be made available at the registration desk.
